Genesys Cloud - Main

I am wondering if there is a way to pull a report in Genesys by agent that would produce the results of evaluations over a period of time so that the supervisor can see if the agent is continuing to make the same mistakes on the same answers or if they are improving. Is there such a report out there? For now I can only pull one month at a time, I'm hoping there is a way to take the monthly data and put it into one report that then shows what the average score for each question has been over time.

From what I understand, you're looking for a report that shows evaluation trends by agent and question. It might be possible to achieve this through the Evaluations API by building something custom.
You may want to check out Idea WEM-I-316, which proposes this kind of native view and is currently in development.
