  • 1.  Event handling and calling one message flow from another message flow

    Hi All,

    Currently the flow size of our message is high.

    Since there is no options like calling one message flow from another message and also event handling is just either disconnect or transfer to queue.

    we have to incorporate everything on one message flow and common module which makes the flow size higher.

    Is there a plan to bring the below functionality for digital channels?

    • Calling one message flow from another message flow
    • Transferring to state/task for event handling(whenever error occurs)

    There is an idea for transferring between message flows: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXWMM-I-8 but it's still in community review. 

    I couldn't find any idea for adding additional event handling options.
