Hello,
We received an error in our Outbound Event Viewer displaying the following, "Could not start the campaign...."
We have been scheduling this particular Outbound campaign for well over four months and this is the first time it did not turn on at the scheduled time.
Is there any documentation or anywhere in Genesys to see why it did not turn on?
