That was my understanding as well.
From the outside, Virtual Supervisor seems more focused on AI capabilities like scoring, summaries, insights, and translation, while Genesys Cloud Copilot for Admins & Supervisors looks more like an interactive assistant inside the platform. So they seem like separate but complementary capabilities.
I also found the Enable Genesys Cloud Copilot resource, which makes it look like access is permission-based. From the Q&A show, I also understood that if AI tokens are already enabled in the org, it may just be a matter of turning on the right permissions. It was also good to hear that how-to questions returning Knowledge Center articles are not token charged.
