    I am implementing an IVR application, I would like my application to play a <g class="gr_ gr_9 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="9" data-gr-id="9">wav</g> file provided to me by a link.
    Example of the provided link:
    https://xxx/xx/Tel_00222.wav
    Is there a way to execute this link in order to play the <g class="gr_ gr_10 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="10" data-gr-id="10">wav</g> file directly in my IVR application without downloading it?
