Hello there.

Is anyone currently using the Tykans Unity product to bridge the gap between Genesys Cloud and an incompatible HRIS? Have you found that it is worth the cost in terms of time off management gains (on the admin and agent side) and any other applicable areas (profile configuration, queue activation, etc.)? 

Any and all feedback would be very appreciated! As we know, it can be difficult to get a thorough understanding of how third party products mesh with Genesys until they have been implemented in a live environment.
