  • 1.  Export all Agents in queue including ACD Skills and priorities.

    Is there a way to export a list of all agents within a queue that would include the ACD Skills and priorities?

    Currently admin has to jump from User to User to see the different priorities.

    I know I can use API to do this, however it would be great to be able to have an export or show this in the Members section of Queues.

    Hello Ken, 

    I dont think there is currently a way to do a direct export like this from the UI. This would be a feature enhancement request in our ideas portal. Matter of fact there is an idea that is under future consideration. I voted for it and I recommend you do as well.

    It wouldn't be an export, but you can get a view of the users who are using a skill.
     
    The tip is to use the "Skill Expression".
     
    Create an expression assigning a skill and a priority; it will list all agents that possess that skill and priority.
    This function is located in "groups".
