Not sure if this is an error on my end, or a limitation in the system. We have two groups who are using the same flow outcomes in their routing. We can filter the Flow Outcomes by DNIS, but when I then try to export that data, the export is always blank. If I remove the DNIS filter, the full data is there. Does anyone know if there is a way to export Flow Outcomes for specific DNIS? It is strange that I can filter it to see, but am not able to export it.
