    Hi Community ,

    while i am aware that bulk export of recordings can be done to S3 bucket via integrations and to a local directory via leveraging genesys sdk as mentioned in : Genesys Cloud Developer Center

    Can we directly move recordings and its metadata to clients data center using SDK or any app foundry partner?

    Several choices.  

    1. API -  You can use the Recording API to pull recordings and metadata on your own from Genesys Cloud to your own repository.
    2. R2S - Genesys has an AppFoundry app here:  Genesys AppFoundry - Genesys Recording as a Service (R2S) (mypurecloud.com).  This is not cheap!
    3. Ttec Digital Recording - We at Ttec have our own recoding solution that can extract recordings from GCx and any other system, catalog them using metadata, store them in your own local or cloud storage, and search them for playback.  Let me know through DM if interested.  
    4. 3rd-party Speech Analytics apps - there are many AppFoundry partners that can extract audio from GCx for analytics, but could also store and retrieve from the metadata.  Just search for Speech Analytics
