    Hi All

    Is there a way that anyone knows where we can export all messenger transcripts from Genesys?

    Do you have a recording policy for Messaging?  If so, then it will "record" the conversation and then us the API or the transcript tab in the Interactions Details to get the transcript.

    Yes, you use the API for that:

    https://developer.genesys.cloud/analyticsdatamanagement/speechtextanalytics/#get-api-v2-speechandtextanalytics-conversations--conversationId--communications--communicationId--transcripturl

    In the future you will be able to bulk download them from the UI, this is the idea to follow:
