boa tarde, alguém poderia me ajudar a exportar contatos externos para dentro do Purecloud, fora do padrão que a ferramenta exibe!.
Por exemplo, tenho uma base com 10k clientes e gostaria de adicionar de uma vez!

I ran your post through google translate and I believe you're trying to export external contacts. You can use the External Contact APIs to manage them.
Also, there is an open source project that may aid you in this effort. There's no support for those APIs currently, but the project could provide the base to handle a lot of the other work for you. https://github.com/MyPureCloud/open-data-exporter
