    No report, no.

    Currently under the Performance>Interactions view, you can select a date range (one month at a time) and use the Filter to just show Abandoned calls. In the near future you will be able to export the data, but for now you can just view it in the interface.

    Hello Ali, 

    I have reached out to our experts regarding this and learned that you can find the abandoned calls information under Performance/Interactions. One of the filters is Abandoned and ANI can be added to the view. Unfortunately you cannot export this as a report yet.

    Interactions export is now available! You should now find the download button in your Interactions, Agent Interactions, and Queue Interactions views if you have Analytics > Data Export All permissions.
