Is there a way for me to export customer sentiment transcription phrases as part of a high level review for positive/negative customer feedback analysis. For example: customer said "I appreciate your help so much", I can see it on the call, but cannot export it at all. Ideally, I could run a report to export all postive/negative phrases within a specific timeframe and work my magic from there.
