We are currently using A3S in Genesys Cloud for historical reporting and are exploring options to export the A3S data to a local environment.
Has anyone successfully implemented this? If so, could you share your approach, best practices, or any guidance on how to accomplish it?
Additionally, we are looking at capturing and storing raw data from Genesys Cloud solutions locally, either through real-time streaming or batch-based extraction processes. For those who have implemented a similar solution:
- What methodology or architecture did you use?
- Did you leverage APIs, event streams, data actions, or another approach?
- What challenges or roadblocks did you encounter during implementation?
- Are there any lessons learned or recommendations you would share?
We would greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, or guidance the community can provide.
