Genesys Cloud - Main

I have a client utilizing the Tokyo Region and viewing the interface with the Japanese language.  Last week while practicing with performance view exports, they mentioned that the Japanese characters appeared 'jumbled." 

Is Japanese a support language for View Exports?

I experimented with Chinese as I could read that and not Japanese, but I did find that I got no lookup of external account name if I used Chinese, but did if I changed to a single-byte character name.  Double-byte just didn't show anything but the city and state.  I think this is either a bug or a lack of feature.  I added this idea:  Support names and lookup for double-byte | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)
