Hello everyone,

I would like to download interactions views in seconds without using the Format Durations (HH:MM:SS).
If I don't select the "Format Durations (HH:MM:SS)" I get a strange number in the report for the duration of my call that are not seconds or millisecond.
Is there a way to show the duration of the call in seconds?

Hi Alessandro

When you export from interactions screen but don't select format duration the interaction time is in milliseconds. To find the number of seconds divide by 1000. If you need to get it to minutes, then divide by 60. I just tested this and it worked for me. Unless you have any different settings for your org that should work.
