Hi mackenzie!
Using the default views (queue performance most likely), you can see interval-level data (by week, by day, by half an hour) by filtering to the queues you care about. and "viewing as group."
Once you have the queues you care about filtered, click "view as group" next to the last filter. This shows the queues as a single entity: a group of queues. You can adjust the interval by using the date/time filter at the top; this shows you for all queues per interval.
When it comes to exporting, you can use the "advanced options" at the bottom of the export panel and check the box to "split filters." This will export your view per the interval you've selected per queue. When viewing multiple days, the most granular you can get with this is "daily."
To export by half an hour for multiple days, I recommend using the "scheduled export option" which provides you with a granularity option dependent on your time period. This granularity will only be visible when "viewing as a group" or viewing a single queue at a time; when viewing as group, you continue to have the advanced option to "split filters" if you want to see per queue per interval, otherwise leave this option unchecked to see for all queues per interval.

Subject: Exporting Queue Performance Data
Is there a way to export individual days with the time intervals to see which periods of the day got more calls without having to manually download each day individually? If you select to view by week or month, the interval changes to be by day rather than the time and it will won't include the times for each day.
