Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi All

We are using Genesys Cloud CX and as part of our quarterly audit we need to be able to export all users from Genesys, along with their assigned roles. We have found how to export all users, but not the assigned roles.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Shauna,

You can use the API GET /api/v2/users/{subjectId}/roles to get all roles and permissions for a user, so you'd probably need to run that for each exported user.
