Hi, I am trying to export the sentiment score for 1 queue for 1 month but can only seem to be able to export 1000 interactions at a time. The queue takes 10,000's of interactions per month and I can export all the call data from that queue without a problem from the interactions tab but the content tab only lets me export at around 1000 each time.
Our BI team states they do not get the data from pure insights as well. Does anyone know how to export more than 1000 sentiment scores at a time?
