Genesys Cloud - Main

Our business currently forecasts using an excel model for both short term and long term durations (out to 5 years)...  We're in the process of transitioning the short term portion of the forecast to Genesys...  my question is how can I directly connect our existing excel model to automatically pull the short term forecast portion from Genesys?

Where do you plan to actually do the short-term forecasting (Excel or within Genesys Cloud WFM)?

What is a 'model'? Are you talking about a resultant short-term forecast or a forecasting method?

Genesys Cloud WFM has the ability to export a forecast, import a resultant forecast, import historical data, etc. from the user interface and we have a public API.
