We're in the process of preparing our existing contact information from a (non-Active Directory) external system to be imported as External Contacts into PureCloud. Everything is looking good except for one thing: extensions.

While formatting for simple 10-digit numbers is no problem, I'm not sure how to format the data for those with extensions. When I manually edit a contact, I can see there's a field for an extension.

Using the Bulk CSV Import method, how do we include extensions for phone numbers? Thanks in advance!

Found this while searching for the same answer myself.  I tried putting a space, then x, then the extension right after the main number and it seems to work.  The sample csv they have is wrong- it shows that you put an x with the extension and no space.
