In our company, we automated the process of creating External Contacts through Genesys API. Genesys has a limit of 10kk External Contacts (https://help.mypurecloud.com/faqs/many-external-contacts-can-limit). How do I keep track of how many External Contacts we have registered? The only way I could find to achieve that is through the scan API, but imagine having 5kk registered external contacts... I'd have to call the scan API 25k times and that would take a lot of time to have this simple information. Is there any easier way to check that number? Thanks
