Divisions for External Contacts quick start guide - Genesys Cloud Resource Center
Our use case:
We have divisions to split out different countries.
Currently have "External Contacts" configured to help our Front Line Colleagues with Client Speed dial DDIs.
Some clients exist across different countries with different DDIs assigned.
We would like to make these External Contacts Division aware to prevent any incorrect usage across different countries.
Following the quick start guide we seem to be having some issues with step 3a (getting 400 error when trying to POST Bulk Export due to Request body must not be null).
Can i check what we are tried to achieve is covered with this release please?

Do you have any news for us regarding divsion aware external contacts? It looks like the rules and permission already have a division awarenes but I can't seem to assign a division to a external contact...yet.
I hope to be able to do so soon though ;)
