  • 1.  External contacts with National number format

    Hi,

    A customer use national format on his Salesforce database. PureCloud receive and populate external contacts from there.
    And when a known customer call PureCloud, his number is not recognized.

    Is there a way to convert the phone format ? If it's only for the external contacts imported from Salesforce, that's the best.

    The import just brings in whatever is in Salesforce, so if you want the format changed you will need to do it there.
