    Hi everyone.  

    I have a question about if it's possible to use conditional logic to filter the Performance Interactions views?  My problem is that we set External Tags on some outbound calls of what client was called.  Not all outbound calls will be to a client and most outbound calls will NOT have an External Tag set.  I need to generate a monthly report of only the outbound calls to clients that have an External Tag set.  I can see in Interactions that you can "Filter" the interactions by External Tag, but Genesys limits you to 100 External Tag values.  I have around 300 possible External Tag client names that can be set.  Is it possible to filter the report by External Tag IS NOT null, or is not empty?  That way I can get all of the monthly calls to clients.

    Hi Mike,

    You will probably have to run the monthly report with the external tag column into an Excel, then filter out the interactions with blank external tag.

    Yep. The design is for you to export the data then manipulate it with custom filters in another application.
