Genesys Cloud - Main

I know there have been discussions on asking Genesys to create historical reports on External Trunks.  It however does not seem to be on any future plans to be added. After looking at some of the api commands it looks like it may be possible to create a home grown process to pull this data.  Has anyone successfully created a process to pull data from the traffic on External Trunks and create Historical data?

I understand. I miss that too, having started out in the last decade with on-premise Avaya before migrating to Genesys Engage.

We'll see some improvements in this area this year, but I believe the improvement we've been waiting for might come from this idea. I've already cast my vote for it; you can vote too so it moves into development.
