    Hi Team,

    I want to export data from Content Search view using Export command , but it is extracting row till 1000 rows only.

    As per resource center , exports are limited to 1000 records . Is there any way , i can export all records from this view?

    Note: Exports from this view are limited to 1,000 records.

    Hi Neha,      

    You can reduce the interval and download, (instead of getting entire day download, you can segment to smaller interval and download )

    Thanks Anil,

    But that would be a tedious process , since we need to extract around 1 year of data from client and each month has more than 20k of transcripts data in content search. So splitting and download for an year and for 4 region will be tedious . Is there any other way which we can leverage other than using API's?

    The limit is 1000 records for a particular search. You can programmatically download records using the API by setting shorter intervals of maybe 5 or 10 minutes if your volumes are a lot, this is the API:
