    The Genesys Cloud APIs are fantastic and a good starting point. We have this feature on our custom evaluation reporting and dashboard application, let me know if you require any more information.

    I wrote a comment nearly a year ago. If I may ask a question why are you waiting for nearly 2 years for this small feature. Genesys Cloud APIs, real time Genesys Cloud and your own development. Genesys Cloud was originally built for flexibility not a module application (even though there are some great modules being designed for Genesys Cloud), the key was flexibility to allow for any client to build their own specific business requirements. Or you talk to a team like us to help you. I have answered so many articles like this I stopped.
