Genesys Cloud - Main

Hi everyone, I hope I'm writing in the right place, I configured the Facebook channel in Genesys Cloud and I can get the messages coming from the Messenger correctly, while it doesn't work with the comments that users leave under the posts. Is there a setting I need to set? Thanks.

Hello Gianni, 

Our FB integration is only for messenger, but not comments. I did find an idea but its marked for future consideration.
