    Hi all,

    I have setup Facebook Messenger Integration & I am able to receive messages in Genesys Cloud from Facebook. However, when I try to reply from Genesys back to Facebook, I receive an error message "Error on Delivery" (please see below):

    Please can anyone provide any advice or suggestions? I'm not aware of any connectivity issues. I can only think it may be a permission on the Facebook (Meta) settings?

    Hello Chris, 

    This could be a couple of different things ranging from the user recently changing their password to something wrong with the integration to where its not connected to Genesys Cloud. My recommendation would be to open a Customer Support case with verbose console and network logs and have the care team dig into them. They will be able to dig in more technically than we can do here on a public forum. 

    Historically from what I have seen in the past is the affected agent changed their password after the integration was setup and this borked the connection.

    Hi, so we have reauthenticated the account within Genesys > Message Platform but still the same issue.

    Is there any published information for our Social / Marketing Team so that can ensure everything is correct on the Facebook / Meta side?

    This is the only documentation we have regarding the facebook integration. Do you have multiple pages going to one FB integration? This is the only other thing I can think of. 

    Next steps would be a care ticket.

    Thanks Cameron, I had found that via the Resource Center but appreciate you checking.

    We have do have multiple pages, but they all have their own separate integrations.

    I have gathered both network & console logs and a case is open with customer care - thanks again for all of your help.

    Just to update you. Removed the Facebook Integrations and recreated these this morning followed by successful testing! Thank you for all of your help on this topic.
