  • 1.  facebook messanger limitations

    Hi 

    I would like to know if there is a limitation on the number off facebook messages one person can send. We are busy implementing facebook integration into the cloud. I have 3 accounts and none off my messages are currently being routed. I know it was working as I was busy testing and switched between accounts as they stopped working.

    Hi,

    I suggest you  as below 

    1st : admin/messaging/platforms  and confirm your facebook is Active .
    2nd : go to interaction , filter by messaging and mesagetype =facebook   , if you find any interaction here it means you are getting interaction to cloud ,
    3rd : Routing ..Go to Message routing and check that routing part is okay 
    4th : Go to Architect and check your flow .

    I do not think there is anything wrong with anything you mentioned here. I have 3 accounts and as one account stops working I switch to the next account. I will then be able to send a few messages and the account stops working. I then switch to the next account.

    Hi George

    Thank you I do suspect this is the cause off the issue. What I do not understand is that this is not an issue on premises. When doing testing I can send messages in quik succession when testing on premise. 

    I did some testing this morning and all accounts are working again.
