  • 1.  failing getting output from data table to Skill an conversation

    Hi,

    I am new to architect and integrations (actions). Here is the case , via developer site I am calling /api/v2/conversations/emails to start a conversation. I insert the flowid to execute the regarding flow. I send the attribute to do a search on a key "DWQ_Group" . Now here is the thing, the search succeeds and it will route the conversation according the response....now I also want to skill the conversation accordingly via the response that is also present in the same record of key "DWQ_Group"

    please any help is very welcome

    You can set 2 types of skills on the transfer to acd action in your flow, language skills and acd skills.  Depending on which type you mean, use the related find action to turn your skill's name into a skill object, which you can then select in your transfer action.  Don't forget to decide what to do if the find action does not find a match for the given skill name.

    Hi Melissa , 

    Thank you for the quick response , still I am struggling with the flow , here is screenshot from flow and data table.
    So once I raise a conversation through api/v2/flow/conversations/email I send the withit an attribute : DWQ_Group.
    Attribute name is corresponding DOP_1 and conversation is offered at the correct queue. Only thing is that the flow wont skill the it with _Ticket.
    What am I doing wrong ? Thank you for your help, much appreciated here!

    You need to choose your skill on the transfer to acd action.
