  • 1.  FAQ: How much storage do I have for my documents?

    On the the below LINK is states the following?

    So I understand it to mean that if I have a customer ORG that only has Communicate License = then you get 2TB of storage.
    What if a customer has BOTH Communicate AND PC licenses (1, 2 or 3) does this give:
    - 2TB of Storage for ALL thew Communicate Users and Unlimited Storage for the PC users ??
    OR
    - Do all users (Communicate and PC users) get Unlimited Storage ??

    FAQ: How much storage do I have for my documents?

    If you are using a PureCloud Communicate license, then you have 2TB of storage available per organization.

    If you are paying for a PureCloud 1, PureCloud 2, or PureCloud 3 license, then you have unlimited storage available for all users.

    It goes to the highest level of license, so unlimited for all in your case.
