Hi Folks,
We've come across something weird with favorite chats.
Until recently, an agent that favorited (is that a word?) a group chat would receive all chats to that group irrespective of whether the agent was referenced in the chat or not.
Then around 2 days ago the behavior changed so that these agents would only receive notification if they were @ referenced in the chat.
They had not changed their notification preferences - they just stopped.
But here's the kicker.
The agent then went in, switched off all notification preferences, then switched them back on to the way they were before and lo - they start receiving slide-in messages from their favorited groups again, even if they are not @ reference in the post.
Has anyone else noticed similar behavior with their chat notifications?
