    Hi Stacey,

    Just to clarify are you referring to the User Directory in Genesys Cloud (for adding internal users to your contacts/favourites)?

    Hi Stacey,

    contact lists are a outbound feature for outbound campaigns. It is unusual to use favorites there. Maybe you could tell, what you want to achieve?
