    What's everyone's favorite part about an online community?  What do you like to get out of it?

    Mine --> I love seeing everyone's different answers and questions.  It makes me feel more connected to you all and I always learn about a new perspective - whether it's a fun related topic/comment or a business related question and answer.

    For me, it's the opportunity to learn from real-world experiences. Everyone approaches challenges a little differently, and I've picked up so many practical ideas just by reading questions and seeing how others solve them.

    I also enjoy giving back where I can. It's rewarding when something I've implemented can help someone else, and the discussions often lead to new ideas and better ways of solving a problem. That's what makes the community so valuable.

    I've really enjoyed seeing everyone's different perspectives through their answers and experiences. I'm from Brazil, and being part of the Genesys community makes me feel connected to professionals from all over the world. It's a great way to learn how people solve similar challenges, discover trends that sometimes haven't reached my region yet, and see different ways of thinking. At the same time, it's rewarding to know that something I've experienced might help someone thousands of miles away. That's what I enjoy most about this community.

    In my case, I think the coolest thing is that I've met people from other parts of the world and have been able to interact despite the language barrier, discussing common topics, and apart from everything I've learned.

    It's great having a global group - you get a diversity of views and opinions, you have pretty much 24/7 coverage so can get answers even 'out of hours' locally... but most importantly, it introduces me to new FOOD! 🤣 https://community.genesys.com/discussion/settling-an-important-debate-whats-the-most-underrated-snack-of-all-time

    What I enjoy most about the community is the opportunity to learn from people with different experiences and perspectives. Every discussion, question, and shared solution helps me grow professionally and often introduces me to ideas or best practices I hadn't considered before.

    I also appreciate how supportive and collaborative the community is. It's a place where people are genuinely willing to help each other solve challenges, share knowledge, and celebrate successes. That sense of collaboration makes being part of this community especially valuable.
