    All - 

    I am using Pure Cloud Voice license 3. We have a requirement to use Fax.

    I tried sending fax from the send fax option and could able to send it successfully but not able to receive fax on the DID number i have assigned to. Am i missing something ?

    Is the fax configured with one to one mapping ??
