    By sending a fax, the recipient gets the phone number (= fax number) of the agent. 

    Normaly the recipient will sent the replay to the phone number (= fax number) of the agent. If there any possibility to send alway the general fax number of the company?

    couldn't find any hints on this topic, maybe someone knows how to setup!

    Unfortunately not.  Now, if the user does not have a DID, it might use the default number on the trunk.  There is talk of ACD fax that might address this, but currently, all outbound faxing is user-based.
