    Hi to all,

    We are using Sales Force to Fax  documents via Genesys Cloud. everything works fine. 

    My question, Is there way to get the FAX status (Success or Failure ) and publish it either in Genesys views or Salesforce?

    any thoughts is so appreciated.

    Once you send the fax, it will return a conversation ID.  You can use a Flow in Salesforce to query that conversation for delivery status.  It also shows up in the Interactions performance view.

    HI Robert.

     

    I used an API in my Apex class to publish the Fax result in SF.

     

    Creating  a Flow in SF looks a good idea . I will try it though ...
