  • 1.  Fax to email set up on genesys cloud

    I need help with fax to email set up in genesys cloud. we have similar set in pure connect. but i need to know how to set up in cloud.

    we receive fax from customer that hit our mailbox and converts that to email. this should be the flow. resource center and beyond has no proper documentation. thanks in advance.
