Thanks Robert for the above info. seems more helpful than Genesys support so far LOL.
I will check and see but from what i know nothing has been updated unless recently our edges were updated by Genesys could have made a difference.

You might check that faxes are actually being sent out. Also, check that the carrier did not turn on T.38 faxing as Genesys only supports G.711. If you are GCV, then ignore that last bit. If you are using local edges, then make sure they are up to date and rebooted. If all this is just a load of junk, then open a case with Genesys and have them look at the logs that you won't have access to.

Hi all,
We are from APAC Australia.
For some reasons after 26th Feb 2024 our fax transmission report that we received in the email inbox has stopped showing the status of the fax.
for example when the fax has been sent the email transmission report would usually show that either it was successful or failed.
Has anyone experienced this?
Genesys is still investigating the matter.
