We're excited to share that a new capability is now rolling out in the Genesys Cloud Workforce Management Schedules module.
To help WFM Schedulers quickly identify the currently published schedule that includes today's date, we've introduced a visual indicator-a blue dot-making it easy to spot the Active Published Schedule at a glance.
This enhancement also supports keyboard navigation and is fully compatible with screen readers, improving accessibility for all users.
