    Hello Community members,
I am pleased to announce a new Genesys Cloud Workforce Management feature rolling out during the week of July 22, 2024 that will help you work with your production shifts by quickly navigating to the next or previous published schedule while using the schedule editor.
When working with a published schedule in the Workforce Management Schedule Editor, two new toolbar buttons will appear, a 'Previous Published Schedule' and a 'Next Published Schedule' button.  Additionally, the existing Next Day and Previous Day buttons have been arranged as shown below for enhanced ease of use.
These buttons will load the chronologically previous or next published schedule and all of the shifts in that schedule.  Best practice is to be sure to save or publish any changes before navigating away from the schedule you are working in, but don't worry - we will remind you if you have unsaved or unpublished changes.
The new Previous and Next Published Schedule actions will help you navigate through all of the published schedules in the 'quick list' - schedules with start dates from 26 weeks in the past to 26 weeks in the future.  If you are working with a published schedule that is older than those appearing on the quick list, the Next Published Schedule action will navigate you to the earliest published schedule on the quick list.
We hope this feature enables you to more efficiently manage published shifts.
    Thank You

Very interesting concept.  I assume this will be only published schedules.  When working with what-if scenarios, it would be useful to skip between the overlapping unpublished schedules.  Is that planned or maybe part of Capacity Planning?

Published only and no plans to support unpublished. For published we are guaranteed 0-1 for any given period. With unpublished it would be non-deterministic since there could be 0-many - so if we supported it would be some data grid with selection which is exactly the same thing the schedule list view gives.
