Hello, Community Members!
With Genesys you can support daily tasks and improves the user experience for managers and supervisors by leveraging capabilities to automate repetitive tasks, scale processes, and execute effective and efficient processes.
Yesterday we are presenting 2 features that aim to improve efficiency and functionalities for supervisors managers and agents. The first feature is: Assessment data in agent development views, and the second one is: Define gamification profile metrics for media type and queue
What would you be able to do?
As a supervisor or manager, you can now segment the gamification metrics and thus better represent the different goals that employees have depending on the media type or the queue to which they belong.
On the other hand, Contact center managers, supervisors, and employees can now see a pass or fail status and the assessment scores associated with each employee.
