    Hello Community members

    We're pleased to let you know that today we're releasing Topic Spotting support for Mandarin (zh-CN), Cantonese (zh-HK) and Taiwanese (zh-TW) voice interactions

    You'll now be able to make use of Topics and Programs for these dialects, including Out-Of-The-Box default Topics.

    This feature will allow you to use the power of Topic spotting for root cause analysis, call driver insights and much more!

    This feature will be rolled out throughout this week, becoming globally available by end of day Thursday December 14th
