It would be helpful to, within the Interactions list, to:
- Tag interactions as "saved." That is, bookmark them, and have that bookmark retained across browser sessions.
- Be able to filter on saved/bookmarked interactions.
- Be able to annotate an interaction without using an evaluation.
This would be useful for managerial tasks and technical troubleshooting.
At present, the only way to go about this for most users is browser bookmarks and products such as Microsoft Word, etc. for notetaking.
Is this something that is already on the road map?
