Hello all, would like to get you feedback on a change we are designing to improve the level of accessibility of the Schedule Editor module.  We are considering these changes to improve the levels of contrast between text background and borders.  Specifically, would like your feedback on the proposed 'selected' style - bold blue in the examples below- which would appear when selecting agents, shifts, or activities.  You may also notice that un-selected activities are presented in bolder cleaner colors in these examples.

I don't know if I am understanding the question.  Are you asking if we would like the selected activities all highlights with a dark blue, as opposed to just a more bold correct of the current assigned color?

If so, my answer if no.  I find them all being highlighted navy blue makes it harder to see exactly what activity is being changed.

If you are looking at enhancements to the schedule views, I'm waiting for the ability to change/assign different colors to activity codes.

is the customise colours project also linked to the idea of more than one base 'on queue' activity?

With hybrid working, but only one activity & one colour, it's hard to keep track of who is due in the office - during core hrs this isn't that critical, but into the eve, we need to be able to see who is due in and ensure safe min staffing in the dept.

Thanks.  Each is a separate item, status as of right now:

• New selected style as part of UI accessibility enhancements (this thread) - active project, will release without a formal feature announcement.  Your feedback in this thread has been useful, and we will tackle a design that lets you view the text and colors of activities/shifts even when selected.
• Customize colors of activity codes - specifically planned on roadmap, project has not started yet.  
• User configurable default on queue activity code - an idea, not specifically on roadmap at this point. Today you can edit the name and other parts of the definition of the default on queue category code today but cannot mark an activity you have created yourself as the new default.
