As we know if there was an outage for Asia and NA markets, we try to upload FEM (Front-end Message) messages through Audio format or TTS (Text to Speech) under prompts section in Architect. On this, we need to check is there any possibilities to have any alerts to SME's or Supervisors when there was any prompts upload in the call flows. To avoid any absence of removing the outage audio prompt, we would like to explore the options for alerts when outage is placed. Let us know, how can we enable it in Genesys.
