When we use Web Messenger and a customer sends an image through the chat, the file details get stripped when it’s received by the agent. For example, I did a test earlier. From the customer, I sent certificate error.png:
As an agent, I see this:
The file name is now changed to a random string. Can we keep the file details when transferring?
