    Hi people,

    I have a question about types of files that can be processed in the dialog engine, does anyone know how to tell me?

    Does the dialog engine allow you to transfer files in conversations with the client? for example, send a PDF slip or a 2nd copy of a credit card bill? what file types are supported?

    Hi Rita

    Are you talking about Digital Bot Flows? Just trying to understand what you are trying to do so I can get you the right help -- are you building a chatbot through Architect and are looking to transfer files as part of the flow?

    Thanks for the return.

    I actually have a client wanting to migrate to Dialog Engine (today he uses DialogFlow), but he wants to know if in Dialog Engine I can send files directly in the conversation and what types of files, in the current Chat or Bot, the files follow by link, he either the PDF file, for example, directly in the conversation, whether chat or bot (dialog engine or open messaging).

    it's possible? what files are possible to upload?
